New Boots

I love these. Can someone talk me out of getting them.

These boots are orange! They have a zig-zag!

Do you really need them? That is something I try and ask myself when I get stuff. Can I make do with what I have or will this item fill a needed role. The other thing you should really ask yourself is are these boots orange and zig zagged? If so, then just say no.

Buy them so you don't lose them when you take them off while camping. Unless you sleep with your boots on then I wouldn't buy them because you wouldn't have a chance to lose them.

Other than color I don't know anything about them so I can't give you any useful feedback. From the initial look they don't look very durable.
 
Caine I have two pairs of salomon trail shoes an they are two of the best pairs of hikers I have ever had. Best part was I got them for free thru my work! Never tried the boots but they look sweet. Im not the best for talking anybody out of anything, I love gear WAY to much. I would recommend the shoes for sure in a milder climate as they are 30-40% mesh for breathability so they can get a little cold. If the boots are waterproof and come in a different color I would go for it :thumbup:
 
When you can't beat something with an ugly stick you can kick it with those boots... ;-)
 
Those boots would make the wall of shame in the RAT Pack footware section, (if there was one)!!! You can't buy orange boots with zig zag on them no matter how comfy they might be.
 
Wait a day and half until they are on clearance for 90% off.

I can't imagine retailers wanting to waste shelf space on this for long.

Orange boots are more practical it makes you more visible in the woods which is what you want, you don't want to be hidden.
