New Bowie is done

Made with edge quenched 3/16" 5160, SS guard, Stabilized Ambrosia maple burl
handle. 9" blade 14 1/2"OAL
There is a ghost temper line that does not show in the pic.
Someday I will get the other four done.

That is the kind of bowie that I really like. The handle looks very comfortable and the blade haas a very nice shape. Too bad that we can't see the temper line.

The balance came out just right on this one. Even with the bigger blade it feels quick!
Sheath will be done this weekend.

You can make out the temper line just barely in the handle pic. It shows as a very light color differential about 1/3 up the blade starting just in front of the gaurd. It tapers up toward the tip slightly.
