New Bradshaw knife

I sent this back to Bailey for some engraving. I appreciated the fact that he made each panel of aspen leaves a little different. He also did chasing on the leaves. I originally wanted the leaves to be gold but that was beyond my current budget. I think the engraving dramatically changed the character of the knife.

Other than scrub oak, aspens are about the only colors we get in the mountains here in Colorado. My mom's rancher side of the family always called them “quakies” for the way they shake in the wind.

Now that is just perfect! Thanks for posting the beautiful pic.

That's one double jeopardy of a knife you have there, Mike. It'd be a crime to use it and an equal crime to not use it.

Very slick. Typical Henckels, eh? great looking blade and funky handle design. I like Bailey's interpretation MUCH better:thumbup: :D

It does look more like a Buck than the Henckels. Nuthin' wrong with that. It's hefty and has a wicked edge. I may have to shave the cat with it.

Now THAT is the cat's meow for sure! I love those older German folding hunter's like Puma makes/made, and that custom tops them all. I agree with Thom; a crime to use it and a crime not to use it! :D :D

Perhaps you should avoid usingit until Balde if you are going. Let Bailey enter it in the judging for best folder.
