Got this beauty of a combo today in Orange G10. This will be my 'go to' knife for Woods-bummin...well, one of them anyways...

A great knife!

Alex, Bark River Knife and Tool make both knife and fire steel...

ROS, oil indeed! Still, she'll be a purty knife with patina.

Very nice!!!

Orange is very sheeple friendly......:D No problem with the colour, it does stand out in the green, when dropped.

Over time, those orange handles save lots of unecessary aggravation looking for the inevitably misplaced knife. If you want to greatly reduce the chance of losing your knife in the woods, they are VERY practical. So far, I've been lucky and only lost one knife but have searched for misplaced knives frequently.

But the practicality of orange clashes with a desire to blend in harmoniously. And camaflogue is something I think about too. So in the end, I would have to opt for one of the softer colors.

very nice.. that is a cool pic...i haven't gotten a chance to handle one of those yet...

I love the Tissot T-Touck Trekking. I hav been wanting to get one of those for a long time now. Sweet combo.
