Mine came today. A really interesting tool. Should be great working it at the deer place. Thanks!

What a screaming deal !

I feel like this is a "sleeper" blade and that it is going to be way better than any one expects, and people will kick themselves that they did not buy one .

It's ugly as sin, but it always can be stripped.

I think the compadre series should have went the way of apocalypse/zombie/ tactical branded knives and they would have sold truckloads of them.

Buck needs to work on their marketing and designs to keep up with current trends.

I still want the camp axe and maybe the knife. Not sure where the axe would fit in I have a tactical and traditional hawk.

Going to work on some cedar with that Froe there Ratty?

And I got an extra or two for when more hands show up, put em all to work trimming those cedars for shooting lanes. :D

Will be trying it out in week or so..

I got mine and it was a great deal and the sheath was much better then i expected. It feels a lot better in the hand than i thought it would. An odd design looks wise but very well made and a sleeper for sure.

Thanks for the pics. Saw a stripped Froe somewhere else on this forum, 5 minutes later i did place an order for one myself...cant wait to stripp of the paint.

Is this the stripped one you saw? If so, it is mine!
