New Buck Marksman

I’m actually generally upset about the price on this one whatever happened to Buck being for the affordable working class. I have the original version and would never part with it but it originally went for like $150.

I have several, but i remember a street price of $80? I paid a little over $100 for the SK versions.

Nice looking but pricey.

I don't get this video. It is almost like he suggests that Buck is just now introducing the Marksman? Maybe it’s me?

Anyway, i liked it and appreciate your posting. I can never see enough Marksman videos. Maybe, Buck will bring it back.

That video short popped into my suggested videos on youtube, so I posted it since I thought it was a really nice looking version of the Marksman. There are several other videos about it on youtube, but that one was the shortest. I haven't watched the other videos, and I haven't found where the knife is available, but some of the comments on the video said the price was $450 😵‍💫

Yes, with any luck they will offer a standard version.

They did the Marksman as BOTM last year as well. It wasn't my favorite color combo, but I wanted a Marksman so....

I have a feeling that we will be seeing one again from Buck this year. If they took the time to put one together for Hawk, my mind is telling me that they also put together a combination for themselves to sell.

I could be completely incorrect, but we've seen it before. The Buck 152 comes to mind how they offered it as the first ever for the BCCI and then also had it for the BOTM shortly after.

A dangerous design, surprised it came back. That "Strap" spring lock arm, if it isnt adjusted properly (there is an Allen head grub screw at the rear of the backspacer that can be used to adjust tension), the blade will not lock open, and instead, bounce back under some strong spring pressure, to the closed position, like a mini chopper. If a finger is in the way, you'll get cut.

Always loved the Marksman, still havent gotten around to buying one. But wtf on that price? A knife design that already exists, with s35vn, at 6x the price of the original knife?

Excited for the Buck version that has 420HC at a measly $199.99.

Also that dude is being a hardcore shill in the comments of the video.
