New Buck TNT

Oh sweet. My TNT showed up today.

He joins his Vantage brothers.

Very nice collection chevy:thumbup: Welcome to the forum. I have a question about the vantages though, It looks like the bottom in the second pic is a dymondwood avid 346, correct?

The top knife in the second pic appears to be a 345 select with thermoplastic scales and a blue/silver Buck anvil inlay. So either that is g10 and not thermoplastic or you have 345 with a inlay rather than just a anvil depression logo in the scale.


or 3rd possibilty is that a inlay is now standard on 345's and I am ignorant of the change(wouldnt be the 1st time)

Yes, the avid is the 346 , I got it after to go with the Pro. Wanted to try it out.

The Pro is a 347, S30V with G10 handles

I'm still learning the ins and outs.

I figgered that had to be G-10 and I just wasnt seeing it well. Those are all beauties to learn the ins and outs with, I'm waiting to find some unsuspecting TNT to jump on at a bargain price-patience is a virtue:thumbup:
