Speaking of those 118's, does/has Buck offered D2 very often in the past?

Seems it was mainly the 118s.

They did a few Limited Edition 118s recently and these must be the leftover blades. I sure hope they're stamped D2 on the other side.



I've been assured that they are, but one never knows.

Any order of $50 or more is free shipping. There are no codes that I'm aware of that would cover smaller purchases.

I just saw this, it looks like I missed a few, like the Ranger. They do this just before the knife show, I was saving up all my money for the show, but I have to get a few. It says the Vantage has 420 steel, that may be a misprint or I will have a special Vantage, either way I can't go wrong.

Now, I just have to figure out what I want and how much I should save for the Atlanta Knife show. Thanks very much for the heads up.

Your right, I kind of missed that. I saw the zipper and I had a few and didn't look further. I see the up-graded steel, very nice, with a wood handle and a good price. I may have to do another order.

It's probably a typo by the folks that do the website for them. On the other hand, the nylon sheaths were made in the USA in the past, perhaps they ran across a stash of them that were left over and decided to use them up.
