:thumbup:Very nice, Scott. Maybe a small "sharpening choil" so people can sharpen it on a stone a little better.

That is the great thing about choice- nobody is wrong in theirs- I HATE sharpening choils as I find they catch on material and have never had a problem with sharpening the entire edge. Would this difference in opinion be what custom knifemakers are for??
