Sir, you have good taste. The convex zero edge is a phenomenal thing. The satin and black paper, awesome. The last blade that I owned with those attributes ended up in my kitchen knife block. It was amazing having a beast of a blade hiding in plain sight in my kitchen... Just in case a "bad apple" came uninvited.

Those blades are gorgeous. Use them well and in good health.
