I remember seeing that picture when you posted it, good looking gun! I think my dad had that model when I was a kid, with a pistol grip. Sounds like you got a good deal on one!

Hard to argue against a simple, light, 12 ga. pump for utility. :thumbup:

I have always liked the Mossbergs. They fit me well and I like the tang safety. They are pretty tough guns.

I picked this one up at my local gun store....it was a police trade in that came with the Speedfed stock and natural wood fore-end for around $125. I put on the heatshield and side saddle, then re-coated it with one of the Brownell's bake on spray paints and rattle canned the fore-end.
It's my "truck gun" for about $200!!!!
