New Carry Blade

So many good USA Kershaws under that price larger ones would be the Blur ($50) and Link ($40). Smaller one Dividend ($40) and one Chinese Kershaw the Cryo ($30)

The Manix 2 had really caught my eye also... most Spyderco seems kinda blah to me, but a few like the Manix and para 2 just grab me... only issue with Manix is the bd1, seen a ton of negative talk about that metal, but idk too much about all the metals out there... have been more of a firearm guy, but as of late, good blades have really taken over as a primary interest and I have lots to learn...

I actually never messed with BD1 myself, but you should be able to look at the S30V models and still be under budget.

The Manix is a great knife if you don't mind a knife that's a bit larger than most. The ergonomics make up for the size 100%, though. I really think I could live out the rest of my days with nothing else in my pocket.

In D2, g10 with carbon fiber overlay handle. In your price range. But is pretty much what you have I guess.

I commend you for making high priority of USA manufacturing! Maybe consider a Kershaw Skyline? A Spyderco Native 5 Lightweight is at the top of your limit, but it’s one of my personal favorites!

+1 on Kershaw Dividend in M390, and Kershaw Knockout.
Buck Vantage Pro in S30v
Ontario Rat 2 in D2
