The problem I just encountered is that the edge dented pretty deeply on thumb-sized brush. Hopefully a sharpening or two will stop that from happening. If it keeps up I'll send it back for warranty replacement. That steel is too soft if it dents on < 1" diameter scrub willow.
If I was wanting a chopper I think I'd save up my coin for one of these...

I like the idea of a knife like the Chris Caine parang. Over here you can get one for £50 less than a Junglas.
Been able to place two hands on the handle has got to make chopping more effective.
I'm suprised more companies don't offer 9+ inch blades with long useable handles.
