Does the Rein come with everything needed to mount it to a rifle and operate?

Yes. Everything. It comes with an OEM piccatiny rail mount just like on the website. Just as you would get from them.

Optional offset RM45 surefire piccatiny rail available.

If you have MLOK then you will need an adapter.
