New cold steel stuff

A lot of over the top designs there.

I kind of like that Konjoi, IMO it would look better with a more traditional tanto shape.


AAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDD. It looks like they've got another "proof" video comming out. I don't know about you guys, but I'm looking forward to it. :thumbup: (as long as they've got new stuff)
 
The Talwar folder does look pretty neat even with the stolen Axis and Wave features. It's being presold some places online but it's going for close to $300 online. Way too much for any Cold Steel.
 
True the Tulwar and AK-47 DO look prety stupid, BUT, Im glad they FINALY made steel versions of their FGX karambit and Skean Dhu. Its about dang time.
 
I embarrassingly admit to looking at a BudK catalog while bored, and I saw a economical newer version of the Black Talon. No specs at all were given, but it looked like non San Mai steel and it had plain black handle scales. It would make a great SD knife without forking over major $$$ for the San Mail version which is way overpriced. Has anybody else seen or heard about it or was I mistaking?
 
I like the AK-47 and the karambit.

I don't understand why anybody would think the AK-47 looks stupid. Does the Boker version look stupid?
 
The rip-offs continue. It is sad to see an american company stooping to the same low levels as the worst chinese companies. But hey, these knives are made in China anyway. :jerkit: :thumbdn:
 
None of my Cold Steel knives are made in China. Enough with the propaganda already. None of you immature children can stand to see a Cold Steel thread without coming in to bash them. Get a life. I think many knives including all Spydercos are the ugliest knives around, but you wont see me polluting their threads with my opinion nobody cares about. Same situation applies here. You guys are pathetic

Look. You guys need to stop putting the knives down just because. If you think they look wierd, then so be it. But There is nothing wrong with the materials or the workmanship. If your guna be dicks about it then you can all long the hell off and stop clogging up the forums with your Bull Shit ok. :)
 
I think that rapier was designed just for me :) Some pretty good stuff in there. Much better than 2005's new models in my opinion.

I really wish I could say something negative about anything here without people whining like babies about it. Seriously, it's annoying. I have just as many negative opinions on what I see as I do positive, and I'm not going to sugar coat anything. I don't look around the board for Cold Steel thread to bash. I go thread to thread and say what I feel in each, as is the intention of a public forum.

You know what? I'm a big fan of Spyderco, and anybody that thinks they are ugly is very welcome to come into every Spyderco thread they see and say so. If you think they are crap, come and say it. Don't expect me not to disagree, but I'm not going to whine like a girl that didn't get the make up she wanted at Walmart.

In fact, pretty much every thread I see that has a new Spyderco model in it has multiple people calling it ugly, even in the Spyderco forum. I call them ugly all the time, and nobody cares. maybe it's because Spyderco isn't ashamed of their ugly knives, and their customers are too happy to with the ugly products to care.

Negative input is just as important and helpful as positive, albeit less pleasant. There are two or more sides to everything, deal with it.

hey- Watch the language.

also, don't try to dictate your imaginary rules to others. If you don't like what other people have to say, ignore them or offer a rebuttal. or you can go log off, for all I care.
If I want to make an observation that a knife looks stupid or steals a patented feature, (like a couple of these new Cold Steel knives do) that is my prerogative.
You can go ahead and disagree with my statement. that is how a discussion works.
