New Composite Shallot? Where to buy?

I cannot find anywhere that has the new Shallot CB in stock. Everyone is sold out, and I can't find it on Ebay anywhere either. I wanted to get one for my Dad for Xmas. Can any of you guys point me in the right direction?

I don't think they ship until early next week, so NO ONE has them in.
