I think what Jeff is hoping for is an "end-all" video answering each FAQ.

That's EASY:
-knife needs sharpening? Send it back to ESEE
-need knife attached to pack? Send knife and pack to ESEE
-rust prevention? Send knife to ESEE for difficult oil/silicone application
-how to cut wood? Call ESEE; they'll send someone out to do it for you

Sadly, we have a few customers who believe that's the way it works.

You could post a dozen how to videos to refer people to on the ESEE website, but like someone else said a few posts back "You can't fix stupid". You will then have people calling up saying "The brightness on my screen is too low, I can't see the MOLLE!"

Whether you make it a contest or not, just post the list of FAQ's you want videos for and we'll take care of it. I'd love to help out where I can. We'll post them up on Youtube and you can decide which one's you'd prefer to post a link to from your website.
