Got to admit I'm interested in this! I wonder if it will be simply an automated version of the order form or something new and different with more "offerings!" Anyone have any insight?

I'm kind of surprised they didn't introduce it when they redid the website.

Interesting. Im down for anything new from CRK and will support it as much as i can.

It'd be a lot better for ordering items like lanyard pins and odds and ends rather than filling out the form. I'm all for it.

I bet some will be pleasantly surprised with some of the upcoming changes and offerings. :D

Me too uofaengr! This should make things much more simple! Just hope it starts soon! CRK can use this to streamline sooooo much!

Well whats the word? Is it just a tshirt/coffee mug store or KNIVES and everything else!!!? Hope its loaded with stuff!

It would be great if you we could buy knives right from CRK!!

You can. There is an online order form you fill out. CRK has sold direct for many many years. Maybe the webstore will make that a little easier.

Screws and especially...washers. ;)

Going to be a cold day in heal when they send washers out.

Screws and things would be convenient thought. And if they accepted paypal finally....all my knife "fun" money has to go through paypal to keep the wife out!

Isn't the advantage of going through the dealers rather than direct that you avoid the back order delay?

I'm would have to wonder if they won't be selling knives directly through the site without cutting supply to dealers and that isn't likely to impress them.

Good point Justin! And I'm guessing those dealers are paying for the knives they are holding in their inventory. If it wasn't for the dealers then CRK would be having to cover inventory cost and I'm pretty sure they don't want to do that.

As an aside to the thread topic, I've payed for a couple of CRK orders with PayPal. I emailed customer service with my order and requested an invoice and PayPal email address. All worked well :)

I'm curious to see what the functions of this new online store will be.

Maybe an online store would let me order a Pacific without serrations. ;)

No?

Darn.

I've been waiting for at least five years to be able to buy either a Pacific or a Green Beret without serrations. I can keep waiting. Hey, maybe someday CRK will figure this out and offer some kind of a fixed blade in the 5" - 7" range without serrations. A guy can always dream.

I'm in the same boat. I'd order a plain-edged Pacific tomorrow if it happened. I'd even pay more (for less manufacturing!)

I have asked for a plain pacific since they were introduced. Not happening.

This is as close as I know you guys who want a straight edge pacific can get.

I had a Neil Roberts and didn't care for the recurve. Wish I had kept it though. I was told by several people if I want a non serrated pacific like knife to get a spartan blades knife as they are designed by Hersey also. But it's still a spartan blade, not a CRK and a CRK is what I want....!!!!
