New CS Moderator.

Does GSM even know about this forum or have they decided it is not in their best interest to do so I wonder. Anybody have any input on this? I guess there are both good things for them and not so good things about having a CS Forum for them. You would think they would at least make the effort to find out if it is a good thing for them. Not bitching about it, just curious.

I don't think GSM has any interest in a two way communication with old school CS fans .

Considering the path they've chosen for CS , they would find little support here , as evidenced by many past threads / posts .

They'd probably like to radically redact this whole sub-forum ...as in erase entirely !

It's painful to see how everyone expected stickman to answer and talk but he didn't.

He is the on-camera and trade show spokesperson. I don't understand why people expect him to do customer service.
I realize GSM has virtually zero customer service, but Stickman isn't the guy to fix that.

They should have a company rep here but it’s ok for now. In general the manufacturers sections don’t require that much moderation.

They could have designated a rep, but of course zero customer service means -1 rep here. Man, I remember when I placed an order in 2020 and within a few weeks they sent me the box personally signed by Lynn Thompson to Buenos Aires no less. Free of charge. I don't think they keep doing stuff like this now.

That is a cool story! I bet they were excited to ship something to Argentina.
