New CSAR

they look like identical frames other than the hexed lanyard hole to fit the tool kit. The blade on the alpha may be just a hair longer cause it a drop point instead of the modified tanto.

They are built on the same frame with some CSAR thickness increases on just about every part.

I bought this knife a couple of month's ago and I love it!! I have yet to see a knife that is as strong as this knife. The grip is amazing and the lock-up is amazingly strong! My only gripe (albeit very small) is that I wish it were made out of 154cm so that it is completely American. Outside of that I carry it most days as my EDC ( a heavy EDC) and really enjoy it. Another great buy is the 5.11 First Responder with S30v (Deal Spotting Removed.) This is also a very overbuilt knife. That being said I would take CSAR-T over it any day. Congrat's on your new purchase.
