New custom David Mosier "SPYRO" Flipper in Lightning Strike carbon fiber/ ti, IKBS

Hot damn, Mystro! That is one fine-lookin' knife! From materials used, fit & finish, blade geometry... I love how it all comes together in the overall design.

I really like how Mosier does that recurve; the tip looks to be a very functional cutting edge that reminds me of a less exaggerated (subtle? demure?) Jens Anso blade. I'm also impressed by how 'clean' the knife looks when folded--nice and compact. Very, very nice!

A custom maker who makes a knife this flawless, even in macro shots, is rare and has been at their craft for a very long time - That knife appears to be shear perfection is every way. That is craftsmanship to the ultimate degree right there.
