Is there a US supplier for Black Ivory? Is this a new timber to the crowd? What is the texture and working properties? Thanks

I get mine from Celia Van Wyck of African Supply. She's in association with Giraffebone.com Drop her a note if it's not on the site, she's a real nice lady. I get all my Black/pink ivory wood, giraffe bone, warthog ivory, african horns (spring bok, blesbok, etc.), stabilized leg bone and horn bone from her. She's also at several shows a year. Most of the one's we go to, in fact.

The wood works and feels much like Pink Ivory wood.
