I was browsing through the discontinued Spyderco specials and decided I have to have one. I can't wait for it to get here... Now I am torn between a serrated ZDP endura and waiting on the new g10 enduras. Somehow I dipped my toe into spyderco collecting and may have fallen in. I blame you all :D
 
How does it compare size wise to the manix? I see the weight is close... I am hoping it is very big/sturdy like the manix.
 
it will not be as tough as the manix, but its still tough enough. i didnt care for the sabre ground blade, the grip is textured to the point of" slightly painfull" when your hand rubs against it while digin in your pocket, and the clip had to be glued in because the screw wont hold both sides of the clip.
 
Got it today. Out the box edge is of course great. I love the lock -- I am impressed by how tight it is. My favorite part is the ergos of the handle. It fits my hand perfectly. I wonder why this knife didn't get more positive accolades. I didn't find much on it in the forums... Feels like a steal at the discontinuation prices with big vg10 blade, rock solid lock, great ergos etc. I am glad I decided to experiment and buy it sight unseen. I kinda wish I had ordered 2...
