This one is brand new, not a user. I continue to work on refining my methods to produce the best results. With this one I experimented with grits of higher number on the belt sander (60, 120, 220, 320, 400). The higher grits resulted in some residue sticking on the delrin, so I finished it off with sandpaper at 600 and 800 grits. I then buffed with white compound and a buffing wheel attachment for my cordless drill. I think it turned out pretty nicely. It can be yours for $100 SOLD shipped PayPal.
