New design, critique welcome.

I can see a use for the long handle: It would allow you to get more leverage on your swing, much like a hatchet.
 
I really like how the longer one looks. I think that length blade goes really good with the length handle you have.
 
I usually design my knives with long handles as well. Many advantages IMHO.
For outdoors purposes, the straight tanto blade is not that practical...
Don't give up trying your own designs!
 
I think a thicker blade with same handle length and a blade length kinda in between the two would be perfect for a chopper, etc.

That design properly balanced, etc would make for one heck of a unique chopper.

I'm diggin the overall design.
 
Thanks guys. Might take a few weeks to finish them since I will be working at a firework stand 24/7 for the next 2 weeks.
