New Design Drop Points

Changed up the design of my classic drop point. These are a very lightweight knife with micarta handles. The steel is 3/32 O1 and the handle has been sketeltonized to reduce weight. The handle is extended over the blade for stiffness and to provide thumb support on top and on the side.

The three are the same in translucent green linwn micarta, orange linen and brown canvas. The brown canvas has the better grip. All fastened with colby bolts.

Overall length 8 1/2", about 1 1/2 at widest point, flat ground to 0.040 and hand finished to 600 grit.

Comes with your choice of brown leather pouch or kydex sheath. I have orange kydex for the orange handle if you prefer.

I think I like it. It's a interesting and different kind of grip that looks like a nice feature.

I'll take the brown canvas one please. If the brown leather pouch is tight fitting I'd like that pouch otherwise a kydex sheath would work.

The brown canvas is yours, I form fit the sheath so its pretty tight.

Orange is sold. A word about the green, it is tranlucent and when held to the light you can see how the inner handle was cut out. Very nice green and feels good in your hand.
