Was just over on that facemagazinebook place and I seen a few pics from the russian arms and hunting show. Looks like thomas was shooting the breeze with Dmitry Sinkevich! Guess we will have some new stuff to look at soon!

Once i've wrote to Sinkevich (that was not far from ZT 0777 firstly was anounced) and i've asked - have you tried to contact KAI? He said he did, (before anouncing 0777 and even after) but got no response. But now KAI admited that 0777 design was "inspired" by the SiDiS knives. But now - he'll be with KAI at least one year.

the sign: "nife is a tool and an art-object at the same time". It's not the best translate, but you guys got it. And one new knife:

For pics we can thank user LE on guns.talks.ru

I assume it will be a collab on the zt side, but would be cool to see one on the kershaw side too! That knife looks awesome!

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Sinkevich to get a knife made. I tried his blog but its in Russian.,not really fluent In Russian, I know Spanish and ebonics, but that's a negative on Russian.

Another knife to lust after. I can feel tears from my wallet crying... or maybe it's the drool.. nope, lost control of myself from the sheer awesomeness!

And hey, it's the Thomas look! The side glance and smirk. The "I'm going to hand them this totally f-ing bad ass knife and ask them what they think". He gets a real kick out of watching people drool over knives. It should be called the Thomas tilt because of the way he tilts his head a bit and because in every video I've seen of him handing someone the TiLT he gets that look as they open it and it glides open on the bearings. He then asks "what do you think of that?" even though he f-ing knows because you are grinning from ear to ear dreaming of the day you will posses one of your own! He's kind of sick and twisted :) This place isn't the same without him and it feels like this is the last place new pictures and information show up. Just took a few bad apples..

They made that tri-wing pivot look good. Microtech still hasn't figured out how to do it right.

Are you fluent in Google Translator?

Can't wait to see what collaborations come out of this.

BTW, does anyone know what the knife on the catalog cover is?

Glad they're gonna finally have him design some knives, in my opinion the 777 definitely was influenced by some of his knives.

This was covered a long time ago - yes, some of his work was an influence. There are many ideas that influenced the design of the 0777, including some of my own older work. Some of the shapes and ideas are things that I have wanted to do for a long time.

It's exciting to get the chance to work with Dmitry - I have a lot of respect for him as a designer, and I think this piece will be very successful at home and abroad. I particularly like the beautiful, sculpted pocket clip on this piece.

I was just showing the missus this last night and zoomed way in and commented on the pocket clip. She doesn't understand my lusting over knives and said, "really? The pocket clip!". I do have some weird obsession (wait, make that I'm just weird) with pocket clips. I think because that is the first thing most people will see of my knife so it better make an impression.
