This alloy is Fantastic, right up there with 3v and pd-1! Easy to sharpen, takes a Killer edge, holds it better than D2 but has higher toughness than M2...

I would Love it if they looked into this! I could potentially bankrupt myself on purchasing multiples.

I'd like a BK14 with a 4" blade & and extra .5" length on the handle length to balance it out.
I love my BK14 but some times wish it were just a tiny bit longer.

lol, I see what you did there. The BK20 has the same issues though, the swedge and sharp angle near right where I use a baton. I don't know that I want or need the .25. That can get a bit heavy. When I start using, it can be for hours. The added weight can make for a rough day.

I've batoned my 20 a lot since I got it, never had it chew up a good baton before, with the chamfered spine you would think it would affect batoning but it's still thick enough to be on par with the full-thickness of the 9. As for the weight, the detractors of the extra few ounces are out-weighed by the increase in chopping ability and less effort needed for the same depth of chop. I found myself less tired after an hour of chopping with the 20 as I was with the same hour using the 9.
