the boxes are some I found for a good price and then I added the extras,
leather ( Russet dye ) , and the rest on top. the boxes are routered out and finished. simple made but nice.
the hinges are something I've never seen before..

That folder is one that Lamont made for me getting to be years ago now. you may have seen it at one of the first h/i's
