I am currently taking orders for my double burner forges. The outside dimensions are 13 3/4 X 9 1/4 X 8 inches. Inside measurements are 6 1/4 X 4 5/8 X 13 3/4. This is a great forge for anything from heat treating to welding. It will idle at 1-2 lbs and run full out at 25 lbs! This forge will get hot!! $310.00 delivered in lower 48 and 1/2 price shipping to Canada. I also have a single burner forge for $225.00 same delivery terms. Check out my forges running on youtube....

Hey Gary,
Where in NE are you? I'm heading to Omaha for Christmas with the inlaws, and saving some shipping by picking one of these up in person would make me pretty happy.

I live in Omaha! I thought people only came here for the CWS!! I guess it would make sense that there might be some other reason to come here. Remember to look me up when you come to town....Gary

Perfect! :D
I'll get in touch with you a month or two ahead of time for payment, schedule, etc.

Gary,
Have you changed your design to the square instead of round forge? The interior seems a little smaller than the round.
Terry

This is just another design. Seems there are still individuals who prefer the square forges to my round. I did loss a little space vertically but it measures about an inch wider. Thanks for noticing.....Gary

I am going to be needing one in the next 5 or 6 months. I will be using it for knives as well as metal repair and some tool fabrication around the ranch. The square might have a bit more utility. The round seems a bit more efficient. How much difference do you see in heating, as in uneven? Are you using higher pressures to attain the same temps as you do in the round.
Thanks,
Terry

The round forge is a lot more even heating. I think it heats the metal up quicker. If you watch my youtube videos, you can actually see the flame travel in a circular motion so the heat keeps wrapping around your piece. With the rectangular forge, you can direct your heat on your piece but I feel you lose alot without the recirculation. You can close the forge up and still get great heats but I guess it still falls into a matter of preference for the user. I feel the round forge doesn't need to be closed as much as say the other.

The opening is 5 x 5 on both ends. The inside beyond that is about 6 1/2 inches. The forge is 18 inches long inside.

I was really impressed with the round forges. I think I would probably go with the 3 burner round to get a little bit bigger inside meaurement. After I finish about 5 projects I have going on right now I well get in touch about one of the 3 burner. Thanks for your patience and responding quickly.
Terry

I just got the three burner (everyone has seen the youtube video) in today. Haven't fired it up yet but it's sure put together nicely! Extra pint of forge cement in the box, too.

I'll post again once I get her lit. (which might not be today since I'm elbow deep in finish work)

Just giving my thread a bump....I have one of the two burner forges ready now....Price on this one is now 275.00 plus shipping....Gary
