Hey guys,
I'm looking to pick up a new edc blade with some Christmas money. Right now, I'm looking at the Spyderco Manix 2 and the endura 4 in hap40. I'm open to other brands if anyone has a recommendation. While i am looking for edc, I also wouldn't mind simply expanding my collection. Let me know if you have any recommendations.

Mini kwaiken, Viper knives like the DAN, Urban trapper, Caly, Native. I don't believe the manix to be a very good edc due to its size.

Personally, I'm a fan of the Manix 2 and it's blade shape and grind tend to lend very well to cutting tasks. If your willing to expand your budget by $10-$20, you can pick up a fan favorite, the Paramilitary 2, at Knifeworks.com for between $110 and $120 depending on whether or not you want a coated blade.

What do already have in your collection
And what are your preferences leaning towards/against?
Light use, heavy use, farm use, office use, etc?

I have Spyderco Tenacious and PM2, a Buck 110 and Marksman, a Benchmade Griptilian, and a SOG Flashback. As far as what I'm looking for, anything between 3.5-4" is ideal. I'd prefer something that is more suited towards edc, but has no problem doing some hard work. That HK Axis looks interesting.

Since you already have a tenacious and pm2
As well as a Griptilian

Rather then a familar Manix or H&K

Why not switch it up and go "new" with a Cold Steel Code4 or Lawman (3.5" ) or Recon1 (4")... Add an altogether new style, steel, and quality designed brand to the stable...

I just got in the full size one. I'm certain the mini would carry well, bc I don't even feel the large in my pocket. In hand it feels like a 2/3rds width sebenza that flips.
