O1 has gotten expensive recently and I have to charge the same as I would for 3V.
candlelight001 - when you look at the knife from the top down, it tapers very slowly until right before the tip (in the non-swedge version). Meaning, the tip ends up being quite thick. I completely finished this knife before adding the swedge to test it first. I didn't like it without the swedge. But, after the swedge, cutting through deep material (such as cardboard) was easier/smoother...and penetration was better. So, it gets a swedge. I can't see a reason not too. It doesn't weaken the tip at all...and adds a lot of visual appeal. It is not a false edge on top....not even close. Just a little swedge to help make the tip more pointy and less "chunky". Make sense?
