As to the custom SARK, "never say never".

Here is a link to the UBB codes. That should help you out with all the "tricks".

John, do you know where i can get the kind of software you use?? the ones in generating computer generated knife pics?? like the one when you posted the pic of the upcoming PSARK??

You'll have to get with Joel, he's our official "computer generated" guy.

Update

You may remember MSR's tale of finding a mint CQC5 at a show for $550. He was nice enough to provide us with a picture of his find.

I should be so freakin' lucky!

Very impressive photo gallery of Ernie's work but one important knife is missing from the glossary/gallery. How about adding the pic of Ernie's first knife, a prototype SpecWar Balisong (his first knife every made). I would think this is the most rare Emerson out there. Just wanted to add my .02 cents.

Whoops, I just found it! Please forgive my ignorance......

Hey Mack Attack

Thank you for the complement to the site.

The Bali that was Ernie's first knife is included in the Gallery. It's on the "Interesting Pictures section with the first knife Ernie made with differential heat treating and the first Damascus knife Ernie made.

Ernie was nice enough to pull the knives out of the safe and photograph them specifically for the gallery.

BTTT
This belongs up top at all times. Am bored by all the qc posts. This is a wealth of information for those who would care to learn.

Hey guys

Thanks for the BTTT. It is a labor of love.

There will be another section opened later tonight. There has of late been a large amount to people getting thier production knives customized. Bolstered SOCFKs, Perila Commanders, Satin finishes, ect.

Plus, the C/P Shop will be opening soon (God willing

) and I know there will be a few of us getting those.

Keep the pictures coming.

Man, today was a busy day. When it rains, it pours.

Two of my personal favorites in this update!

(That I don't own I mean)

Ya'll may remember that our own Dirk was sent a CQC8 that he had on order for some time. He questioned us about CQC8s being chisel ground or "V" ground. Well folks, his 2001 CQC8 is "V" ground and he has the picture to show it. Then he grabs another CQC8, this one an older Specwar, bo date, Chisel ground version. Bastid!

The second is a Mirage. These pictures were sent in to us from "JP". The first picture is the Mirage by it's self and the second is with a very cool CQC7. Both are Specwar, no date. Niiiiice!

JP is that Black Micarta/G10 on the CQC7?

Keep those cards and letters comein folks.
