quick question,

currently I'm focusing on sharpening my kitchen knives (which are CrMoV) and I'd like them to be stupid sharp. So when it comes to the EPA, is it pretty much just a matter of time? by that I mean, to get to stupid-sharp levels, do I just spends lots of time per stone, per side? if so, now much time - 5 minutes per side, per stone? 10? more? or are there other variables at work here that need to be taken into account?
