new ESEE 6 Venom green/orange

I have a brand new ESEE 6 Venom Green with orange G10 (2012 model). Comes with the original card, paperwork, sheath, and clip. Unused, never carried, never even really played with. Has some scuffs on the G10 (see pics) but I contacted the ESEE shop directly and they said that is consistent on all the Venom green models (I've had 3 different ESEE's in this color and they all had that)

Looking to trade straight up for a lightly used ESEE 5 that can be a user for me. Straight edge only.
Might consider other ESEE knives but mostly just looking for the 5.
