I have a New Even Heat Kiln, it is the deep model 22.5". It is brand new...never been fired up. The kiln box has some minor damage, some minor brick damage, door handle is off. The damage is minimal, you could fire it up the way it sets, the damage is MINOR. I have many more pics if you are really interested. It comes with the Set Pro controller, also brand new in perfect condition. Price is $700 Firm, this is $300 savings with MINOR damage. This will be for a pick up only, as shipping is what got this unit in the conditioin it is in. We are in Stafford, VA 22556. Call if you are interested in more pics, or info. Man...somebody's going to get a sweet deal. It kills me that you're (sort of) close to me too... Do you do layaway? :D

Great deal for someone who can do a fixer upper!

Out of curiosity, did it come this way from Evenheat? Their products work well, but they tend to be a bit careless in assembly/packing/shipping.

Actually it was very well packed, I think that it was overly abused on the trip. My wife would not authorize the layaway plan for this month. Yes it a good deal, should be someone on the east coast that needs one.

Man, I'm right up the road in Montclair, VA, but I'm just not to the point where I can justify the cost. I would have to heat treat almost a hundred knives before it would be worth it. I know I'll be kicking myself one day...

i would love a 2nd kiln but for now i have to pass. wish i had a few of those $$$ plants growing around here some place

Tek Sec,

Yeah I hear you, but when you pay 5$ to $7 bucks a blade + shipping, it don't take long for that to add up.

So true...right now looks like the Tempurpedic bed is going to win the funds though. I know a guy in Occoquan that may be interested. I forward the post to him and haven't heard back though.
