We have new finishes and spalted western maple scales available on both our kitchen models! Check out the photos below and on our site
These are our two kitchen knives, the 8" Salal chef's knife and the 3.5" Trillium paring knife. We utilize CNC milling to help shape the blades but each knife gets a lot of hand work especially our new satin and mirror finishes. We do everything ourselves including harvesting the wood for our wood scales. For more pictures, a full description of each knife or to buy a knife visit our website. Our site is setup for two payment gateways, one of which is paypal.
