I'm fairly certain that's the wrong kind of lubricant.

ÜberLüber contains alcohol, waxes, and oil.

Wax, huh. Think I'll stay away from that one.

spx.....i thought thesame thing about the wax....but it isn't waxy....i have had some lube in the past that was waxy and it felt great at first but then the blade locked up cause the wax got hard.....not at all with this lube....i don't know how it is made but i wouldn't have even guessed there was wax in it.....ryan

You can't go wrong with a Superlube oiler pen. It is still the best synthetic lubricant made. IMO
You can find it at any sporting goods store. Academy, Dick's etc..

Yer right, water based lubes probably aren't the best for knives, even if they are "stainless". I still like "Lubrilicious", though.

How long have you used it and what other lubes can you compare
it to? (As in, being better then.) I have so many lubes, I'll never get
them all used up.

well i have been using this new lubricant for about a month and a half i guess....maybe a little longer......to answer your other question-i have tried-BreakFree ...Tuff Glide....Miltec.....TriFlow and Eezox......i like this better than the others......please don't ask me to compare them all

.....i don't know if i have enough brain power for that......i guess everyone has their favorite stuff to use on their knives......ryan
