The construction of my new forging shop was completed today. Now I just have to move all the equipment in and get it functioning. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!

Time to install some of my Christmas presents to myself.

Way to go, Gary!!
And I like the idea of sheet metal on the walls.
Now, important question - do you have air conditioning??

Looks very cool.. well not cool but you know :D

One thing to consider with sheet metal walls....... noise! I worked in a bar once and when they remodelled they put up sheet metal just like you did for the walls... increased the sound levels quite a bit. Bartenders used to get headaches from it, didn't bother me, I always wear earplugs :)

Very nice. No combustible materials in-sight except for the rafters.
Have fun unwrapping those christmas presents and setting up.:)

That's the site for the next hammer-in RIGHT??? Way to go Gary!!!!!!!!! Mike

I'm going to have the 2010 hammer-in at The Shepherd of the Hills again but anyone is always welcome to visit and pound some steel in the new venue.

I've got a 16" gas forge, 25 ton press and a KMG on the way and hopefully will be fully operational in a couple more weeks.

Gary

Looking real good Gary. I know it will look even better when your presents are in there. Nice set up.
