New forum software features?

I've been looking around BF for a "what's new" in terms of software features. Did I miss it, or is this version of vBulletin the pretty much the same as the old version but with a different look?

Changes to the look, facebook integration, better search capabilities, video embedding, URL rewriting, more profile page features, new blogs & content managment system. Some new stuff behind the scenes too.
