I started looking at these many years ago. So long in fact that they were about 60.00 new. I finally had to do it and when Brian Andrews had this one for sale, I finally did it. Brian said it was unused but had a small cut in the sheath. The knife is exactly like he said it was and I don't think the little cut will ever bother. Thanks Brian. Great knife and now my long wait is over. Happy guy. The little cut is just above the blade here, a bit above the fire steel loop.

Those fox rivers are great. I have a woodland special and can't say enough about how great the bark river's warranty is. I was splitting a hogs breatbone with my woodland and chipped the blade. Sent it in, they polished it, sharpened it, changed the profile of the blade to suit my usage a little better and sent it back to me all for free. Over the 2 years or so I've been using the knife the sheath has loosened up. They keep telling me to send it in so they can replace it, but I can't bare to give up my knife for the time it would take to get it back. I DO have a forschner boning knife for a backup I can use.

looks pretty nice, as have the other bar rivers i have seen/handled. great score! if only bark river made a scandi.......

The Fox River is a great all a rounder.

I currently have a Custom Fox River Recurve and I love it.
