Good advice. I just super glued a piece of leather shoelace in the bottom of my Higo.
Kinda funny, there's a sliding scale for ease of carry (to me) which is inversely proportional to steel quality. The Higo has the best steel, then the Svord, then the Opi.
The Svord has two problems. The tip often hits the Chicago screw at the base and uneven grinds. You have some re-profiling to do to get a great blade. The tip problem is most easily solved by a rubber washer over that Chicago screw. This will also stop that part of the handle from compressing when you squeeze the knife holding it and make adjustment for tightness easier as well. I always put one in regardless. I then pay more attention to sharpening the tip to reprofile a bit. It usually barely hits.
You can also use a (slightly) larger pin or make new slabs subtly changing the stop pin location (best).
