I am working on the new ads for Outdoor Edge and had a chance to play with the prototype of the new Paragee (Yes this will be the spelling).

The finished version will have a stone wash blade, the one in the pic is bead blasted.

You hit the nail on the head- Darrel has done it again! That knife looks fantastic. (Now, someone please tell me that it's not going to have a 440A or AUS-8 blade, pleeeeeaaase)

Seems like much of the collaborations are in AUS8 from CRKT and OE. I would like to read the details. Though AUS8 is easy to sharpen I am not impressed with its edge holding ability so I wouldn't use a A8 blade for anything other than a gent's knife.

I assume this is a liner lock. How sturdy is this peice? Any initial impressions? Would this be a light to medium user?
