sometimes i appendix carry inside the pants, have way to many cuts on my hands from thumbstubbs catching on the belt pants, etc. the 550 doesnt have that problem.

kinda, im an impluse buyer, for sure, what got me with the 889s is academy sports and outdoor, blister packed them, and i couldnt leave the store without buying one. i finally stopped going to academy and one day i went in and they were discountiued. probly the only reason i dont already have 20 550s and im trying to get some on here, there is nomore knife specific stores, their all gone, thanks walmart and academy.

My lawman game in the post this week. It sure is grippy! I wouldn't say it's unusable because of this in the slightest though. Seems strange to spend all the money and then trade it even though it has the near perfect edc blade, in your words.

theres not awhole lot of logic at work here, i admitt that but the heart wants what the heart wants.
