Wow, Robert, it sounds like you're going to have a heck of a classy rig by the time you're done!

Maybe a nice old pen knife with a hunter scene on the scales would be a nice match. It was so nice back when a watch was more than a piece of plastic with digital workings. A time piece, but also an expression of art and craftsmenship of a bygone age. Kind of folksy.

Carl.

Couldnt agree more! I think thats a big part of why traditional knives appeal to me...A slipjoint is warm in appearance/feel with heart, modern for the most part just feel cold and calculated with no heart.

Tilt my hat to the companies and makers keeping that heart alive.

It's very similar in size and blade configuration to one of my favorites (except the main isn't wharncliffe) the mini copperhead. I think it would be very similar in use and carry. In other words, you may find it getting in your pocket quite a bit (without conscious effort on your part).

That particular one is outstanding. I'd definitely be very happy to own one of those.

Wow, I really dig this one, thanks for the heads up. Swell center, bail, single backspring? Beautiful!

That's a nice looking knife. Smaller than my preferred 3 5/8ths but would still be a good office or church knife.

That's a great looking knife and this size and pattern just suits me perfect. Dose anyone by chance knows a source of on-line selling those knives.
Thanks, Mike

The GEC website has all the links to dealers, most of them have excellent photos of their stock too.

Sorry about that, by no mean I intended to violet forum regulations. :o

Sweet, sweet knife :)

Not for me unfortunately, as I go for something a bit bigger. Not much bigger, but a bit. Hope it treats you well :)

I know I'm late to the party but that is really a pretty knife. I also am a fan of the bail. I wish I could get more knives these days with a bail.

Thanks for sharing. :)
