I just received my new BM 806D2 from NGK and I have to say that these guys are First class all the way!! From customer service, to going above and beyond to get that specific item for you, they do it all. And to top it off they send you some bandaids that you will eventually need because of your sharp toys. ;) :D

Tomorrow, I'll have another package from them coming in as well. :D :D Feels like Christmas.....
 
yeah i just got that new bottle opener bali yesterday, packed very well and i still got the classic bandaid dispenser :) i've got a collection of those now... thanks newgraham!
 
Customer service???...New Graham Knives has re-written the book on customer SERVICE!! I ordered a Spyderco 302UF Benchstone today, and am paying via a US Postal Money Order (which I sent out today). Tom at NGK told me over the phone that he is giving my order to (Mary?) Beth to be processed and sent out to me today!
