Just recieved another order from the good people at New Graham. Outstanding service as usual. :cool: :D

Glad to hear that, I just placed my first order with them last night online, should be here the 12th according to the tracking number.
 
I've gotten to the point that I don't even check anywhere else. Some of these other dealers could take a lesson from NGK about customer service and communication with the customer. They do it right ! :)
 
I find myself using their website a lot, they have one of the better organized sites and quality pictures of the knives and their spec's. Whenever I purchase a new knife I run the sites looking for the best price, and New Graham is almost always competetive. If this first order goes as good as I think it will, it won't be my last.
 
NGK is always a pleasure to deal with. Mike and Mary Beth are great even if they only sell NGK t-shirts in kiddie sizes :D Think 3XL next time you're ordering Mike! :D
 
I like to order things from NGK over the phone. They make you feel like you're sitting around a wood stove chatting with friends. It's always a great experience. :D
 
Just picked up my Lone Wolf City Knife from New Graham.
