New Graham is awesome

Last night, the usually joyful brown truck delivered my order from New Graham Pharmacy to another house (while claiming to have sent it to my address) and their customer service was as useful as a cotton prophylactic. So I called the pharmacy in Bluefield, VA and not only did Mike say he'd take care of it, but that he has two employees who specialize in dealing with UPS mishaps! Now that's service!

Luckily, we found the knife next door, but it was a great feeling to know that New Graham Pharmacy was willing to go to bat for my family.

The thing that is scary is that 1 company needs 2 people to take care of the UPS screwups

We have been online since '99 with our knives. I would say that lost, misdirected or damaged UPS shipments total under 25. Not bad for 1560 shipping days with scores of boxes going out each day, (unless you are one of the 25). We do have two ladies that handle UPS/USPS queries for us, but most of the time, they just get me coffee
