I just recieved my new DMT Fine Benchstone along with my Medium and Fine Spyderco benchstones US priority mail from New Graham. Quick, courteous service as always. I looked at the box and noticed they charged me less than 1/2 of what they paid for the shipping, and they never said a word to me. I figured they would get back to me to collect the additional money, but they just ate the cost. They are just unbelievable in terms of service and just plain friendliness. This is the third time I have bought from them, and from now on I will use them exclusively for my online purchases. I highly recommend them if you haven't used them yet.

Yup. Bought from NGK twice, now. Both times the products arrived promptly. Both times I had reason to call (some minor question or other), and in each case I received friendly, courteous and informative responses. Can't recommend New Graham Knives too highly.

There may be the odd online store here or there that is slightly cheaper than you on an item or two, but I would much rather spend a couple more dollars because you are good people who treat the customer great.
