Ordered another knife from New Graham this week. Called around 4pm and spoke with a very friendly and helpful person. Although I selected basic shipping, the knife arrived in two days. (It went to UPS within an hour of ordering.) Dealing with this company always inspires great confidence. I can expect timely delivery of a flawless product. Thanks neighbors!
